All programs are voluntary. Participation counts toward your annual wellness score.

Mindfulness & Yoga Recurring

Every Thursday at 12:00 PM in Conference Room B. Led by certified instructor Maya Osei (external contractor). No experience needed. Mats provided. Sessions are 45 minutes.

8-Week Stress Management Enrolled

Tuesdays 5:00–6:00 PM in Conference Room A. Based on MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). Evidence-based curriculum. Workbook provided on first session.

5K Training Group Available

Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30 AM at Central Park South entrance. Couch-to-5K program for all fitness levels. Goal: company 5K on April 25. Pace groups: beginner (12+ min/mile), intermediate (9–12), advanced (<9).

Financial Wellness Workshop Waitlist (3 spots)

April 30, 1:00 PM via Zoom. Topics: budgeting for high-COL cities, 401(k) optimization, student loan repayment strategies, emergency fund building. Presenter: Cynthia Park, CFP.

Sleep Hygiene Bootcamp Self-paced

Online course hosted on the intranet. 6 modules, ~20 min each. Certificate of completion earns 10 wellness score points. Access at wiki.icebergforensics.com under HR / Benefits.
